Where to Start

The beginning of anything always starts with a little initiative, but even with that, sometimes you still don’t know where to start.

I personally want to see and experience every inch of this earth. And that obviously is a lot to take on if you have no direction.

Price and convenience are easy places to start checking off your bucket list. Most people see travel as too expensive and complicated so they never look into trying. This is the wrong way to approach it. Where there is a will, there really is a way.

Most importantly you need to have an idea of either a certain adventure, experience, or location you are wanting to do.

For example: “I want to ride a camel in front of a pyramid” is one of my bucket list items. This is a great place to start, because an awesome location is embedded in the adventure.

I WILL have a picture like this. Until then, I will pretend this is me. Look how great I look!

You are going to the pyramids in Egypt and you need to round up a camel and a camera. This is really not that complicated. First, you need to know how long you would be interested in going. For me, I like to look at the cost of the trip per day, to include the flight broken down into a daily value. So I like to make the trip long enough to make the cost of the flight be an affordable daily rate. Thats just how I look at it, I’m not sure if thats normal or not. Once you know where and how long you are going, the real travel hunting begins!
